Method of preparation:
approximately 20-40 minutes
- 4 king crab legs
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 piece of lemon
You can use both fresh and frozen legs to prepare this dish. However, remember to put them in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
1. wash the king crab legs and separate them with kitchen scissors. Using a sharp knife, cut the legs along their length, and then cut the meat inside in half lengthwise as well.
2 Rinse the sprigs of thyme and rosemary, separate their leaves, dry and chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves and, using a press, press them into the oil. Then mix the garlic oil with the chopped herbs.
3. Coat the crab meat in herb and garlic oil and grill on medium heat for about 8 – 10 minutes. While grilling, coat the meat again with herb and garlic oil.
4. scald the lemon (with the peel), then drain, slice and serve with grilled crab legs.
